These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of LANKA STORE 24 (Pvt) Ltd. and the services we provide. By registering as a vendor and using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Vendor Registration
1.1 To become a vendor on our Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information about your business.
1.2 You agree to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Listing Products
2.1 You are responsible for listing and describing your products accurately. This includes providing clear, truthful descriptions, accurate pricing, and any applicable taxes and fees.
2.2 You must ensure that all products listed comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
2.3 You are responsible for managing inventory levels and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
3. Fees and Payments
3.1 We may charge fees for listing products or for each transaction completed through the Platform. These fees will be disclosed to you before you list your products.
3.2 Payments for sold products will be processed through our Platform. We will remit payment to you, less any applicable fees, in accordance with our payment schedule.
4. Order Fulfillment
4.1 You are responsible for packaging and shipping products to customers in a timely manner.
4.2 You must provide accurate shipping information and update the status of orders through the Platform.
4.3 You agree to handle customer service inquiries and returns in accordance with our return policy.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1 You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform.
5.2 You may not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices, including the sale of counterfeit goods or unauthorized use of intellectual property.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your products and listings.
6.2 By listing your products on our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your products and listings.
7. Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we believe that continued use of the Platform could harm our business or reputation.
7.2 You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to us. Upon termination, you will be responsible for fulfilling any outstanding orders.
8. Liability
8.1 We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or any disputes between you and your customers.
8.2 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Platform or any breach of these Terms.
9. Modifications
9.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

12. Entire Agreement
