RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, innerwear).

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.

  • Digital products or downloadable items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send us a clear photo of the item and the packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email or phone.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Delivery Charges for Returns
